Madbid is committed to providing safe and transparent conditions for all participants on our platform. Our refund policy is designed according to the principles of security, transparency, convenience, and support, ensuring protection for both buyers and sellers of digital assets.
Conditions Under Which a Refund Is Possible
We issue refunds in the following cases:

Platform technical error — if due to a system malfunction the funds were charged, but the transaction was not completed.

Digital asset does not match the stated characteristics — if the seller provided inaccurate or misleading information (e.g., the real number of followers is significantly lower than reported).

Inability to deliver the digital asset — if the seller cannot provide full access to the asset within 24 hours after payment.

Violation of platform rules by the seller — for example, if the asset listed for sale includes prohibited content.

Duplicate payment — if a double charge occurred due to a technical issue.
Refund Timeframes and Process
Refund processing follows this procedure:

Submitting a request — refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours from the time of payment.

Reviewing the request — the Madbid team reviews each case within 3–5 business days.

Refund processing — once the request is approved, the funds are returned using the same payment method.

Payment system fees — external transaction fees (e.g., bank, PayPal, crypto network fees) are non-refundable.

Escrow fee exceptions — in certain cases, the escrow fee may be waived if the transaction lasted more than 24 hours and the escrow agent actively facilitated communication and data transfer between the parties.
Estimated Refund Time by Payment Method
Refund time may vary depending on the chosen payment method:

Bank card — 3–15 banking days

PayPal — 1–3 business days

Cryptocurrency (USDT) — within 24 hours
Cases in Which Refunds Are Not Issued
Madbid reserves the right to decline refund requests in the following situations:

the transaction has been fully completed and the buyer confirmed receipt of all access details;

the request was submitted later than 24 hours after payment;
-
insufficient evidence was provided to prove the asset does not match the description;

the buyer violated Madbid’s terms of use;
-
the payment originated from an account linked to a sanctioned country (refunds to such accounts are not possible).
How to Submit a Refund Request
To submit a refund request, the buyer must:

Fill out the refund form in their personal account under “My Purchases.”

Provide the necessary evidence: screenshots of the issue, detailed explanation, transaction number, and any additional relevant materials.

Wait for Madbid’s decision — the result will be sent via email.
