For the fastest processing of transactions, we recommend using cryptocurrencies:

  • Bitcoin (BTC)

How to pay with cryptocurrency:

  1. Select the cryptocurrency when creating the transaction.

  2. Receive the wallet details for the transfer.

  3. Make the transfer from your crypto wallet.

  4. Send the transaction confirmation in the deal chat.

Advantages: instant processing, no geographical restrictions, low transaction fees.

PayPal

A convenient payment method for users in most countries.

How to pay via PayPal:

  1. Select PayPal during the transaction checkout.
     

  2. Receive the payment details.

  3. Log in to your PayPal account and complete the transfer.

  4. The system will automatically record the incoming funds.

Advantages: fast processing, global availability, additional buyer protection.

Bank Cards

You can pay with credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and other international payment systems.

How to pay with a bank card:

  1. Select card payment during the transaction checkout.

  2. Enter your card details on the secure payment page.

  3. Confirm the payment (3D Secure may be required).

  4. Wait for the payment confirmation.

Important: the ability to complete the payment depends on the restrictions of the sender’s and recipient’s banks. International transactions may have additional limitations.

Additional Payment Methods

Other payment options can be discussed individually in the transaction chat between the seller, buyer, and the Escrow Agent.

Fees and Conditions

  • Minimum escrow service fee — $10 (regardless of the transaction amount)

  • For transactions up to $250 — fixed fee $10

  • For transactions over $250 — the fee is 4% of the total amount

  • The fee may vary depending on the selected payment method if it requires additional conversion or transfer costs

Restrictions and Important Notes

  • We do not accept payments from sanctioned countries

  • Payments from bank accounts or payment systems associated with sanctioned countries will be declined

  • Funds are released to the seller only after the buyer confirms receiving all access to the digital asset

  • The processing time depends on the selected payment method (cryptocurrencies provide the fastest confirmation)

Payment Security

  • All payments are processed through secure encrypted channels

  • Bank card information is not stored on Madbid servers

  • Payments via PayPal and bank cards are protected by additional verification systems

  • Funds are held in the escrow account until the transaction is successfully completed

  • In case of disputes, the Madbid support team will assist in resolving the issue
