FOP Vitalii Belenets Transfers Rights to Madbid.com to Zortex LLC

On April 8, 2025, it was announced that FOP Vitalii Belenets has officially transferred the rights to own and manage the website Madbid.com to the Ukrainian company Zortex LLC.

The deal includes the domain name, website content, structure, and all associated project assets. Details regarding the transaction amount and terms remain confidential.

Representatives of Zortex LLC stated that they plan to continue developing the project by introducing new features and improvements for users. They also confirmed that all current user obligations will be upheld.
