TikTok Introduces a "Curfew" for Teens
TikTok is strengthening safety measures for young users by adding new features to Family Pairing. Now, parents will be able to monitor their children's activity in the app and manage their contacts.
“Rest Mode” after 10 PM – Teens under 16 will receive a full-screen reminder with relaxing music.
Expanded Settings – Parents can restrict access and see who their child is communicating with.
Content Filtering – Parents will be able to block videos with unwanted topics.
Time Limits – Option to set a maximum screen time for children.
Launch in the coming weeks – The update will be available to all users.
