5.1.6. Conclude and execute agreements between Managers and the Client, fulfill other obligations of the Parties.

6. Principles for the use of personal information
6.1. When using personal information about Clients, Managers undertake to adhere to the following basic principles for using personal information:
6.1.1. Law, fairness and transparency. Personal data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently. Any information about the purposes, methods and volumes of personal information processing is presented as clearly and simply as possible.
6.1.2. Target limitation. Data is collected and used solely for the purposes stated in this Policy.
6.1.3. Data minimization. Managers does not collect any more personal information than is necessary for the purposes specified in this Policy.
6.1.4. Accuracy. Personal information that is inaccurate is deleted or corrected at the request of the Client.
6.1.5. Storage limit. Personal information is stored for no longer than is necessary for the purposes of processing.
6.1.6. Integrity and confidentiality. When processing Client data, Managers ensure the protection of personal data from unauthorized or illegal processing, destruction and damage.
7. Rights of the Client
7.1. The client has the right:
7.1.1. to receive information about the processing of personal data relating to this Client;
7.1.2. to clarify, block or destroy his personal data if they are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing;
7.1.3. to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data;
7.1.4. to protect their rights and legitimate interests, including compensation for losses and compensation for moral damage in court;
7.1.5. to appeal against the actions or inaction of the Managers to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects or in court.
7.1.6. Other rights provided for by the Federal Law of “On Personal Data”.
8. Protection of personal information
8.1. Managers guarantee that it will not disclose or transfer personal information about the Client to third parties, except as expressly provided by applicable law and this Policy.
8.2. Managers undertake to take all necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal information about the Client from unauthorized or accidental access by third parties, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other illegal actions of third parties.
9. Providing personal information to third parties
9.1. Managers are not engaged in the sale or exchange of personal data of their Clients.
9.2. The Client understands that the use of personal information by Managers may include the use of personal information by employees of Managers, as well as partners and counterparties of Managers who assist Managers in managing the Site.
9.3. Managers have the right to provide personal information about Clients to third parties if it is necessary to fulfill the terms of the Agreements or other agreements to which the Client is a party (including in the case of concluding purchase and sale transactions of groups in social networks with other Clients of the service).
9.4. The Client understands that the Managers may provide third parties with generalized statistics about the Site's Clients for the purposes of statistical analysis, improving the efficiency of the Site.
